he Otpor model served well in Serbia, and was perfected and developed further so it could be used in more than thirty countries.

Last month the cabinet of prince Bin Zayed, the government of United Arab Emirates, in accordance to the federal anti terrorist law, published a list of terrorist organizations to arise awareness in media and society about their work and the danger that comes from them. On that list there are 85 names, including Al Qaeda, the infamous Boko Haram, Muslim Brotherhood, and others. So on that list they have the most radical Islamist and jihadist groups that endanger all secular and moderate regimes in Muslim world. The only non-Islamic organization on that list is Canvas from Belgrade.

he status of South Stream and the newly announced Russia-Turkey gas deal is much more than it seems. It is primarily about putting the brakes on what has slowly been developing into the next world war.

This new deal may also represent a serious culmination of Russian, Chinese, and Iranian efforts to realign the entire bandwidth between the Adriatic Sea and India. This has ramifications not only for the EU, Bulgaria, and Turkey, but also Syria, Egypt, Israel, Iran, China and most of Latin America. The beginning of the 21st century has not been as rosy as it was described by futurologists and planned by politicians: a global financial crisis, problems within the Eurozone, the “swamp” for American troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, armed conflicts in Central Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, a series of color revolutions in the post-Soviet space, and riots in the capitals of Western Europe. It would seem that with modern technology, historical heritage and conventional agreement on human rights Europe has already defined its future and, if not is following the planning, but at least is maintaining regulatory policy in the area of its responsibility. However, current developments indicate that everything turned out to be more complicated. Sunday’s election sees an increase in ‘anti-Russian’ representation in the Rada: US-backed Pravy Sektor and Svoboda pressure on the US-backed Kiev Junta corroborates a Phase 3 plan, as the Kiev Junta may resume major operations. The US needs to create a failed state in Ukraine to advance its agenda, with Poroshenko getting caught in the middle. Both sides vie for the 4GW advantage, while being careful to not lose site of reality from the expanding hyper-reality.

A Note to Readers: This is the 6th installment of a series of related reports on the real underlying methods and framework which characterize the Ukrainian civil war. These are thorough in exploring and explaining, in as full a way as possible, the most relevant factors which operate upon this phenomenon. Like our previous works on the subject, this report is approximately 50 pages at about 15,500 words. he election of Sunday, October 26th, was called by Poroshenko to ostensibly push the government into an even further anti-Russian position. On the face of it, the election aimed to escalate what has been termed a ‘lustration’ process [1]. This fits well into the common narrative, being that Poroshenko is directly controlled by the US to push against Russia. he Donetsk airport served not a direct military role, but a political one, as Flores explains in this 9 minute piece. The US was using this airport as a makeshift military base to house the operations of Death Squads. These Death Squads were going out at night and engaging in murders, kidnappings/abductions, rapes, assassinations, and sabotage.
